Governor Rankings By Total Reported This Cycle

The latest deadline to report campaign financial disclosures in the 2010 Statewide races was last night, and here is the leaderboard for money raised in GAGOV this cycle. After the jump, I’ll rank by Party.

Roy Barnes ($2, 701, 219.77)
John Oxendine ($1, 516, 765.32) ($250,000 loan)
Eric Johnson ($680, 848.65)
Thurbert Baker ($665, 642.36)
Nathan Deal ($608, 438.68)
Karen Handel ($515, 794.27)
Austin Scott ($222, 564.00) ($110,000 loan)
David Poythress ($202, 758.00)
DuBose Porter ($141,687.00) ($50,000.00 loan)
Jeff Chapman ($79, 090.00)
John Monds ($10, 077.54)
Carl Camon ($3, 403.31)

Note that of these, Oxendine, Baker, Scott, Porter, and Chapman are prohibited by State law from accepting donations beginning tomorrow night at midnight through the end of the 2010 General Assembly Session, whenever that may be.

Also note that as of the time I post this, Ray McBerry’s disclosure is still not showing on the SEC website.

Curious that you’re providing more detailed coverage of the numbers than the Handel-run Peach Pundit. They have become the MSNBC of blogs. Thanks Jeff!

  • They’re still the big boys on the block, but I’m working on setting up THIS site as the go-to source for all things political in GA. :D
