So that would lead me to believe that Georgia isn't alone in this. As the owner of a startup business I've had to spend more hours researching taxes, laws, permits, licenses, etc that are required than anyone should ever have to. But to keep from being sued or fined or thrown in jail for not following the law to a T, that's the joy of owning a business in this state and in this country.
