Are GA’s Bullying Laws Strong Enough?

State Rep Mike Jacobs genuinely doesn’t think so – but he wants to talk about it.

Currently, “bullying” is defined in the OCGA as:

(1) Any willful attempt or threat to inflict injury on another person, when accompanied by an apparent present ability to do so; or

(2) Any intentional display of force such as would give the victim reason to fear or expect immediate bodily harm.

Rep Jacobs, at the request of some of his constituents, would like to add a third part to the definition to state:
