Ron Williams:

The Constitution does not give us the right to bear arms. The Constitution only says that the government cannot take that right away.

So, as I see it , Ray McBerry is a parttime minister, failed radiotalk show host, paranoid "states rights" isolationist, who wants to turn our states law enforcement agents against our states federal law enfoecement agents if he doesnt get his way. And I thought we were ALL Georgians. I guess our states Republican tent will be getting much smaller rather than larger and more inclusive if he ever gets elected. Im American by birth, and Christian by choice. McBerry should realize even Christians have the right to differ on opinions related to abortion. Thats why we are a nation of laws ,which are dealt with in a court of law , not a church pew or McBerrys political campaign. And as a Christian myself, Id have to tell Mr. McBerry, God did not give you the right to bear arms. Many American Patriots gave their lives for you to enjoy that right. Lets give credit where credit is due. I love and cherish my religion of choice and I will continue to proudly pledge allegiance to the flag of the UNITED Stares of America, for It is that flag which allows me to practice my religion or choice.God bless America, and ALL its states citizens. And by the way Ray, God called looking for you, he wants his throne back.

SWGA...I don't think you know what a theocracy or a theocrat is. As an example, I invite you to look at any of Islamic states in the middle east. If you go against the religion it is a crime. I have news for you: abortion is not an issue of religion, it is an issue of taking the life of another human being. Now, if Mr. McBerry proposed fines for not attending Church services, mandatory jail time for unsavory and blasphemous language, or the abolishment of any religion except his own, or those he deemed right, in the state of Georgia, that would be a theocracy. Insisting on certain standards of public morality (like not stealing or murdering) does not constitute a theocracy.
