But, Nunn has made &quot;eye raising&quot; endorsements before--think Obama.
Perhaps it is a matter of age. Or not knowing. Or political expediency.  Or, perhaps in this case he really believes what he wrote. I don&#039;t know.

Nunn served in the Senate for many years, and during that time, the media gave him glowing reports.  But, as we are now learning, the media&#039;s output often &quot;ain&#039;t been coming from no prayer book&quot;.  So, were those reports really complete and accurate during his tenure? Or are we now seeing the &quot;real&quot; Sam Nunn? Does make one wonder.</description>
