As if everything that had gone on in the past few months wasn’t enough, we can count on Rod Jolivette screwing up. Despite what amounted to a free pass for abuse of power handed to him on a silver platter by City Manager Al Lott, Jolivette still managed to find time to file a discrimination complaint some time back. Honestly, the audacity of that annoyed me to no end. He should be thankful he still had a job, but that would be to easy.
