Fittingly, Am I my brother's keeper? is from Gen 4:9. When Cain lied to God about not knowing Abel's whereabouts. So it appropriate for Sanford and Obama to misquote as well.

I attended part of the Town Hall meeting at Albany State University. I had to leave early as I had another event to attend. I cannot believe Mr. Bishop actually said, "...you are already paying a 7% hidden tax on your health insurance premiums." I wish someone would check to see if he voted for it. More disconcerting was his Biblical quote, "I am my brother's keeper." This is nowhere to be found in the Bible. Mr. Bishop is quoting President Obama not the Bible. According to Cruden's Complete Concordance under both "brother" and "keeper" the verse is: "Am I my brother's keeper?" With Mr. Bishop's proof texting, which was incorrect in the first place, and his own logic I can prove I am a citizen of Heaven and should not have to pay taxes. We know that is not true either. It is troubling to me that too many people just take for granted that when someone quotes the Bible it is true. To say, "I am my brother's keeper" is a serious doctrinal error.

Hey folks,
I am attaching some photos. I attended the Health Care Town Hall at Albany
State University. Arriving what I thought early wasn't. An elderly black man
entered the building with a sign opposing FREE Health Care. He was
intercepted by ASU police and his sign got destroyed. I am not implying it
was intentional. The sign was so flimsy you could look at it wrong and it
would have torn. The old man was told NO SIGNS IN the building. I told the
officer I was here to hold one of those signs also was told the same thing
and shown where the protestors were to assemble. I had another function to
attend so I left early. Pictures are worth a thousand words. I asked the
policeman why they were confiscating our signs but not the supporters. That
did not go over well. The policeman got a little hostile. Being an Ex police
officer, the matter was resolved, We were both Ex USAF. There were numbers
Deputy Sheriffs and and APD present. From my conversation with the APD
officer I surmised neither APD or the Sheriff's Department were told NO
SIGNS. Here are the photos.Interestingly, no one seems to know how that
woman being escorted out by ASU Police for having a sign in the auditorium
got in there. See photos, Draw your own conclusions.
