Have a hot dog and a smile and shut the hell up!

As if the insanity in this nation wasn’t already at a breaking point, today we have a group of halfwits called The Cancer Project. It sounds like a group dedicated to doing something about cancer. Speaking for all the contributors at SWGA Politics, I’m confident that we are all firmly against cancer. However, what I’m not in favor of is what this group is trying to press.

The group, The Cancer Project is a group of animal rights activists pretending to actually care about the prevention of cancer, and they want to require a warning to be placed on hot dogs stating that it could cause cancer. Continue reading Have a hot dog and a smile and shut the hell up!

Now, he can’t even pay the rent

Don Buie is, if nothing else, always good for a story. Today, the Albany Herald reports that ADICA is behind on rent by three months for the property that apparently houses the Dollar Square. The amount owed allegedly totals $6,000 dollars for those three months.

Ward 2 Commissioner Dorothy Hubbard has missed the point, claiming that she was willing to have a dialog with citizens on those same issues. Dougherty County Taxpayer’s Association’s Richard Thomas pointed out the Jolivette situation and the current trials and tribulations of Don Buie, asking why they didn’t get involved? Do No Harm is back on

WALB and the producers for the documentary Do No Harm have reached an agreement, licensing the use of WALB footage for the film. The documentary is apparently critical of not only Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and former District Attorney and current Attorney General candidate Ken Hodges.

Thanks to Mike over at The Provocateur for the heads up.
