From the “Bailouts Really Work” Files

Reuters has an interesting piece going right now regarding GM.  Apparently, those bailout loans did wonders to keep GM afloat.  So much so that now they’re going into bankruptcy anyways.  What really has me puzzled is GM’s intent to sell healthy assets to a company owned by the government.  What.  The.  Heck? Getting to know our readers, and knowing the various ways they help shape the community, is one of the greatest joys I’ve had with this site. [Continue Reading]
